What happens if I delete my eSIMD by mistake?
You can reinstall your eSIMD from the App or contact customer support for help.
Can I transfer my eSIMD from one device to another?
Unfortunately, the eSIMD cannot be installed on a different device.
You will need to purchase a new eSIM when changing the device.
Can I make phone calls or send SMS with eSIMD?
eSIMD is a data only Solution. You can use messenger apps like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Telegram to make calls and send texts.
Can I share data with other devices and hotspot Data?
Yes! You can use your phone’s hotspot feature to share data with other devices.
Can I extend my current eSIMD plan?
Unfortunately, no. Please make sure you have used up your current Plan before making another purchase.
My eSIMD fails to connect to the Network automatically
Allow your eSIMD to connect to a Network automatically for 5 minutes once you arrive to your destination.
If it doesn’t happen, connect to the Network manually. For iOS, go to Settings → Mobile Service / Cellular → Select UNISIM in SIMs list → Network Selection → Turn off “Automatic”. Wait for a few minutes, select and connect to a Network.
